Spiralized apple "noodles" are easy, delicious, versatile and frugal! Our family loves these for breakfasts, snacks and desserts. You can make them as healthy or as indulgent as you like.
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • granola or other toppings of your choice (dried fruit, nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, etc)
  1. Spiralize your apple.
  2. Divide spiralized apple into 2 bowls.
  3. Top with yogurt, fresh berries and granola or other toppings of your choice.
  4. Enjoy!
There are so many ways to make these. You can make a sauce by thinning some peanut butter with vanilla yogurt. Or you can top them with nutella, whipped cream, dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts, shredded coconut, granola, cinnamon-sugar, etc. The possibilities are endless!
